Launch the ball and move the paddle to keep it bouncing.
Every brick the ball hits takes damage. Coloured bricks break in one hit; outlined bricks need two or three.
Where the ball meets the paddle decides its angle — the middle sends it straight up, the edges send it wide.
Clear every breakable brick to finish the stage.
Let the ball fall past the paddle and you lose a life.

Tips & tricks

Brick Breaker tips for higher scores

Aim with the paddle edges. Catching the ball on the edge sends it at a sharp angle — perfect for reaching corners.
Get the ball behind the wall. Break a gap to the top and the ball will rattle around above the bricks, clearing them for you.
Build combos. Break several bricks without touching the paddle to raise your multiplier, up to ×8.
Don’t chase every power-up. Grabbing a capsule is never worth dropping the ball.
Use bombs. A bomb brick clears everything around it — aim for it when a cluster is left.
